Open online course platform will have the following main features:

  • Streamlining of live webinars
  • Uploading videos, 2D and 3D images, PPT presentations, etc.
  • Uploading learning texts
  • Uploading interactive knowledge tests and practical exercises
  • Online monitoring of student homework progress
  • Individual support to participants from expert partners
  • E-testing and online certification
  • Editing of the content in order to use it in teachers´ own lessons.

User’s functions:

  • Registration and creation of an individual account
  • The possibility to open participant forums and chats
  • Technical support – a help desk.

During the project lifetime, the platform will be hosted on a server of the Czech VR Agency. After the project end, the platform is expected to be hosted at servers of the project CCI partners (unless agreed differently during the project implementation phase).

Testing version of the VET program – Drone programmer and operator

The new VET program will expectedly contain about 40-50 lessons.

The new or improved curricula will be composed of:

  • The curricula structure
  • Student learning texts
  • Teacher methodological handbooks
  • Videos
  • Pictures, pictograms, 3D visualisations, etc.
  • Exercises and their possible solutions
  • E-tests and correct answers.

During the pilot phase, the curricula will be completed with videos from life webinars. 

Deadline: While part of the program will be developed before the start of the pilot phase in September 2021, works on the new curricula development will continue in parallel with the pilot phase and is expected to end before the start of the school year 2 of the piloting.

Guide to VET providers through  implementation of new VET programs – drone programming and virtual reality programming

Working (initial output):

  • a list of enterprises willing to establish long-term cooperation with VET providers in the addressed field of drone programming
  • a list of enterprises willing to establish long-term cooperation with VET providers in the addressed field of VR programming.

Final output:

Guide to VET providers in the initial education will have about 50 pages. A substantial part of the guide will help providers to integrate work-based learning into the curricula and guide them through a cooperation with enterprises.

The guide will provide information related to:

  • organisation and logistics of the teaching lessons (with regards to the necessary practical training)
  • teaching and certification methodology
  • the scope of cooperation options with companies, including development of case studies and student projects on practical issues, internships, coaching, involvement of company experts into teaching or skills evaluation, etc.)
  • legal and contractual aspects
  • financial aspects (insurance, indemnity, remuneration, etc.)
  • equipment requirements and advices for tender management and administration
  • information on material and financial aid to VET institutions and grant opportunities.
